DailyKenn.com — 38-year-old Carly Capek died after being beaten and thrown around a room like a rag doll in her Cleveland, OH home.
50-year-old Gregory Martin (a possible alias) was arrested.
Reports say Capek was also stabbed and her throat slit.
Reports also say that Martin was visiting the home for a second time.
The victim leaves behind four children.
