Michael Palacios, 31, was video recorded as the individual in the viral video brandishing an axe through the restaurant as terrified customers tried to avoid him. Reports say he was seen spraying graffiti in Brooklyn, NY, then stole an expensive bicycle from a coffee shop to escape police.
