DailyKenn.com — JoAnna M. Cottle, 39; Kaelyn M. Parson, 13; Kinsey M. Cottle, 4; and Jayson L. Cottle, 4 were fatally shot in Chester, VA. 

Arrested was Jonah L. Adams, 35.

Cottle was described as Adams' former girlfriend. They were the parents of two of the children; twins Kinsey and Jayson.
