DailyKenn.com — Maggie Dunn, 17, and Caroline Gill, 15, died during a high-speed police chase in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. 

Tyquel Zanders, 24, is facing charges of manslaughter, theft of a motor vehicle, home invasion, and aggravated flight from a police officer.

Police say Zanders stole his father's car which prompted the chase. 

Also charged was the officer who was driving the vehicle that slammed into the car in which the girls were riding.
