DailyKenn.com — Troy Millick, 33, was fatally shot at PrideStaff employment agency where he was working in Maryland Heights, Missouri near St. Louis.
Charged with one count of second-degree murder, four counts of armed criminal action and three counts of first-degree robbery, was Justin Davis, 28.
