DailyKenn.com — 60-year-old Robert Wells was fatally shot outside Mrs. Winners Chicken and Biscuits restaurant in Macon, Georgia.
"Witnesses told investigators they saw a suspect, a black man dressed in all black, run into the woods behind the restaurant," a report said.
Alonzo Bernard Hicks, 21, was later arrested at a motel.
