DailyKenn.com — 24-year-old Tori Banks was fatally shot in her vehicle while at a gas station in Hammond, Louisiana.
Arrested was Johnathan Williams, 19.
Reports say the victim was transported to a hospital by witnesses but managed to flag down police en route.
