DailyKenn.com — 18-year-old Cruz Garcia died at a hospital after being shot at an off-campus party near Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas.
Garcia appears to be Latino or Hispanic.
Another victim, James Jones, 18, died the night of the party. Jones was black.
Arrested were Joe Allen Lewis, 22, and Lynn Johnson, 19.
