DailyKenn.com — 42-year-old Lance Louis died after being shot in his car in New Castle, Pennsylvania.
Leighton Weaver, 20, is accused of the shooting.
Reports say Weaver shot Louis once in the lower back while his white sedan was stopped at around 2:30 a.m.
Louis sped away, but crashed into a pole. His car burst into flames, reports say.
Louis apparently agreed to meet with Weaver at a house for an unknown reason. When Louis refused to go inside the house, he was shot.
"Weaver in addition to the homicide charge is facing one count each of illegal possession of a firearm, carrying a gun without a license and recklessly endangering another person," New Castle News reported.
Conducting business with known savages in an urban jungle smacks of insanity, particularly in the wee hours of the morning.
