Woman killed at birthday party

DailyKenn.com — Stephanie White, 31, was fatally shot at a birthday party in Mesa, Arizona. 

31-year-old Charles Norice was arrested. 

Reports say an argument between two men led to the shooting. 

It appears that White, who is presumed to be white based on story context, was not an intended target.
