DailyKenn.com — 18-year-old Bobby Lee Sims, Jr., was fatally shot at a Burger King in Battle Creek, MI.
Police say Jaquai Potter, 20, shot and killed Sims in the parking lot. The victim worked at the restaurant and was taking a break when accosted by the suspect. The two apparently knew each other.
Potter reportedly fled, shedding outer clothes and a gun as he ran, but was apprehended by police with the assistance of eyewitnesses.
Sims is one of ten or more young white males ages 25 and under allegedly killed by blacks in recent days.
