Shane Trewartha, 22, was fatally shot in Whitehall, OH.
23-year-old Mario Wingate and 22-year-old Cameron Obey were charged with aggravated murder.
The incident occurred at around 2:30 a.m.
Police found Trewartha dead in the backyard of a house after receiving reports of gunfire.
The victim was shot multiple times.
According to 10tv.com, "A woman also called 911 saying her grandson had friends over and one of those friends was hit and killed by the gunfire."
Whitehall is a suburban city located east of Columbus, Ohio.
