DailyKenn.com — 37-year-old Anthony Souvanlasy was fatally shot in the head while reportedly pushing a bicycle in S Charleston, WV.
Tavian Jeuhan Jones, 24, was arrested by U.S. Marshals on a first-degree murder warrant in Green County, TN.
The shooting occurred at about 5 a.m. No motive was reported.
