DailyKenn.com — 39-year-old Nancy Herrick was fatally shot in Lafayette, LA.
The suspect, Clifton Washington, 34, reportedly killed himself during a standoff with a police SWAT team aided by federal marshals.
Herrick was killed at a motel.
Reports say the shooting was domestic and that the victim had been staying at the motel for an extended time.
