21-year-old Kendarious Marquise Dampeer was arrested for the murder of Hosey.
Hosey was found the day she was reported missing by her father.
She was found dead in a vehicle on Christmas Eve.
The relationship between the Hosey and Dampeer, if any, is unknown.
