Police charged 19-year-old Robert Duncan Jr. with capital murder.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The suspect was apprehended and interviewed by detectives, during which he admitted involvement in the shooting.
Arkansasonline.com said that police reported that the suspect fought with victim over a girl in the past.
