DailyKenn.com — Cameron Taylor, 22, and Nicholas Logan, 20, were fatally shot at an apartment complex adjacent to the University of North Carolina Pembroke campus.
20-year-old Kalon Pernell Dial was arrested.
Dial is profiled as "Indian/Alaska Native" in public records but his appearance suggests possible black ancestry.
Reports say five others sustained injuries in the shooting incident
Taylor was enrolled as a student at the institution.
