DailyKenn.com — The remains of Andrew Tench, 31, were dumped in trash in Charlotte, NC.

D’Shaun Montrell Robinson, 26, was arrested on multiple charges including felony concealment of death.

According to court documents Robinson confessed that Tench was deceased, admitted to disposing of Tench's body in the trash, and failing to report the death to authorities.

Further records indicate that Robinson used Tench's bank card to make purchases at Dick's Sporting Goods and Target stores. CCTV footage from both retailers captured Robinson using the card and driving Tench's tan Hyundai Elantra.

Prior to Robinson's confession, Tench's mother posted a message on Facebook directed at the suspect: "No mother should EVER have to go through what YOU are putting me through!"

A search warrant for Robinson's cellphone revealed photographs of Tench's North Carolina driver's license and bank card used in various transactions.

It is suspected that Tench was celebrating his birthday before his disappearance. However, police have not disclosed the cause of his death.
