DailyKenn.com — Peter Brimelow, a senior statesman of the immigration patriot movement, has announced that the VDare organization which he founded is facing a final closure.

The cause of the demise can be attributed to court costs and fees imposed on the organization by the New York Attorney General's office under the leadership of Letitia James.

There was no trial or conviction. It's VDare vs lawfare.

"We’re dying because the Attorney General has decided our time has come and she’s so much more powerful than we are that there’s nothing we can do about it," said Lydia Brimelow, Peter's wife. "I had a lawyer say to me recently you’re innocent until proven broke and unfortunately that’s where it’s headed for us."
