Ethan O'Brien, 19, was arrested.
O'Brien allegedly fatally shot Allen while displaying his firearm. He reportedly fled but was apprehended and taken into custody.
The Cantonment teenager faces charges, including at least negligent manslaughter.
According to a statement released, "The investigation concluded that during a large gathering at the residence, Ethan O'Brien was exhibiting his firearm when it unintentionally discharged, striking the 16-year-old. O'Brien left the scene before deputies arrived."
