DailyKenn.com — Daniel Kemp, 38, was fatally shot at a Phoenix, AZ smoke shop the victim owned.
33-year-old Alvin Massenburg II was arrested.
According to arrest documents, an altercation ensued between the suspect and the victim. Apparently, Kemp refused to give the suspect's companion a free cigar following difficulties experienced by the companion while attempting a Google Play transaction at the shop.
Police arrived at the scene where they discovered Kemp suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Despite efforts to save him, Kemp was pronounced dead at the scene.
