DailyKenn.com — Alicia Ferguson, 35, was fatally shot in Detroit, MI.
Jelani Ahmed Shakoor of Detroit has been charged with Second-Degree Murder.
Reports say Shakoor and the victim got into a "verbal altercation" at an an apartment complex. When the situation escalated, prosecutors said, Shakoor allegedly pulled a gun and shot Ferguson.
The two were apparently in a romantic relationship.
