Megan Rouse, 24, fatally shot in Houston, Texas

Quan Flowers is accused of murdering Rouse and is a person of interest in the kidnapping of Kalie Goodwin.

Rouse's body was found by a Houston Police Department officer responding to an unrelated call. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities linked Flowers to the crime after examining surveillance footage and ballistics evidence from two other shootings believed to be related to Rouse's murder. These shootings shared commonalities such as location and excessive violence.
