DailyKenn.com — Christopher Moore, 36, was fatally shot during a road rage incident in Taneytown, MD.
Davon Joseph Dabbs, 20, is faced with first-degree murder charges and assaulting Moore's fiancé.
A confrontation ensued when Dabbs and a male passenger exited one vehicle, while Moore got out of the other.
Moore's 33-year-old fiancé arrived at the scene and saw Moore being attacked. She exited her car with her firearm, hoping to de-escalate the situation by announcing she had a handgun. Dabbs managed to take the gun and began assaulting Moore's fiancé before firing multiple rounds. Moore was shot in the chest, and another man was shot in the hand. Moore's fiancé suffered a broken jaw and head injuries. Both Dabbs and his passenger were injured but are expected to survive. Moore died at the scene.
