DailyKenn.com — 25-year-old Mikayla L. Rogers was fatally shot in Maidson, WI.
Terrence L. Davis, 42, has been charged with first-degree intentional homicide and possession of a firearm by a felon.
Davis surrendered to police and confessed to investigators that he shot and killed a woman at his apartment because she laughed at him and refused to apologize for telling her boyfriend about him, which enraged him.
Rogers was found by police in the living room of Davis' apartment.
