DailyKenn.com — Celina Smith, 38, was fatally shot in Cumberland, MD.
Arrested was Kaleb Jas York, 18.
Police did not reveal a potential motive for the shooting but surmised the victim encountered York on a street at around 1:10 a.m. York allegedly shot Smith before walking away.
The victim was hospitalized in critical condition and died days later.
