DailyKenn.com — Jaquelynn Wray, 23, was fatally shot by her brother-in-law in Palm Bay, FL.
The suspect, convicted felon Joseph Fleming, 29, was fatally shot by police. Fleming had a long criminal history.
According to police, the incident began when Fleming fatally shot his sister-in-law, Wray, inside a home.
Officers responded to what was initially reported as a suspicious incident, later identified as an armed domestic disturbance.
Upon entering the house, officers were immediately met with gunfire. They returned fire, striking Fleming, who then fled the scene.
An aviation unit located Fleming nearby. He was taken into custody and rushed to the hospital where he died.
