DailyKenn.com — Margaret Miller Johnson, 64, was fatally shot in Forest Park, IL.

Rhanni S. Davis, 30, was charged with four counts of first-degree murder.

Davis is accused of fatally shooting four train passengers, including Johnson.

The shootings took place in the early morning across two train cars, with three victims shot in one car and the fourth in another. A total of six rounds were fired, according to police.

Prosecutors detailed the evidence, stating that Davis shot one victim twice in the head and back, another in the face and arm, and a third in the back of the head. Davis then moved to the next train car, where he allegedly approached the fourth victim from behind. The victim raised their hands defensively before Davis fired, prosecutors said.

Prosecutors also highlighted Davis' prior criminal history, which includes a disorderly conduct charge from 2020 and two previous arrests that were later dismissed. Davis’ attorney noted his client had training in security, home health care, and had recently worked at a Taco Bell.
