DailyKenn.com — 75-year-old Marilyn Gallagher was fatally shot in Camarillo, CA.
Alvin Otis Johnson, 42, was arrested.
Johnson is accused of fatally stabbing 33-year-old Ricardo Juarez in Juarez's vehicle around 1 p.m. on Thursday.
Four hours later, Johnson allegedly killed 75-year-old Marilyn Gallagher at a home in Camarillo. She suffered severe head trauma. Although detectives initially did not specify how she died, it is now revealed that Johnson allegedly used a firearm to beat her to death.
In addition to the murder charges, Johnson is accused of using the same firearm to assault two other individuals.
Authorities confirmed that Johnson was acquainted with some of the victims.
