DailyKenn.com — Rueben Charles Squire, 79, was fatally shot in Letohatchee, AL.
Nehemiah Belser, 25, was charged with capital murder-robbery for the death. A minor was also arrested.
Deputies discovered Squire’s body after responding
to a report of a shooting at around 2:30 a.m.
Belser's arrest follows the apprehension of a juvenile suspect who was charged with murder earlier in the week.
Investigators confirmed that the juvenile suspect and the victim were acquainted but did not clarify the nature of their relationship. It is unclear whether Belser had any prior connection to the victim.
