That appears to be the purpose of a thought reform program imposed on members of the military and it's civilian employees.
Ostensibly, the training instructs the military to recognize extremist views that could erode its effectiveness. In reality, the training's focus is on supposed "supremacist" views rather than on extremist views. Nothing is said about the corrosive effects of far-left extremism, including those propagated by Black Lives Matter or Antifa.
In the demented minds of the far-left, patriotism is considered far-right extremism. Patriotism is presented as white racism. Support for Donald Trump is expression of that extremism.
Truth is: Far-left extremists have taken control of America's military.
