DailyKenn.com — Vanita Gupta believes all Americans are "implicitly" racially biased, placing a kink in the Marxist fundamentalist doctrine that diversity is a strength.

Gupta is Joe Biden's associate attorney general nominee. She will be the third-ranking position in the Justice Department. She will also be the wealthiest member of the administration with assets estimated to be as high as $147-million, according to ABC News

At issue, however, is not Gupta's wealth, but her belief in racial biases. According to a statement made in a Senate hearing month's ago, Gupta said, "Yes, I think we all have implicit biases and racial biases. Yes, I do."

Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) noted in her current nomination hearing that her views are "preposterous."

But are they?

In a study* cited by Robert Sapolsky in his book, Behave, The Biology of Humans at Our Best and Worst, individuals were shown videos of others being pricked by a pin. "[S]ubjects have an 'isomorphic sensorimotor' response — hands tense with empathy," he writes. "Among both whites and blacks, the response is blunted for other-race hands; the more the implicit racism, the more the blunting."

Sapolsky continues to explain that the medial (emotional) pre-frontal cortex of both races is more likely to activate when confronted with the misfortune of a member of their own race than that of the other race.

The conclusion is that, indeed, all Americans are innately racists. All humans are inherently racists. Familial preference is "baked" into our DNA, it seems.

Gupta has a history of posting partisan messages on Twitter, leading Republicans to believe she may not be qualified to serve in the Justice Department. Gupta also has a history of activism, including stints with the NAACP and the American Civil Liberties Union.

"She is the president and chief executive officer of the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights," according to wikipedia.com. Her parents are immigrants from India.
