Biden orders anti-White "race training" at every level of federal government

It should be no surprise, then, that Biden's Marxist government should compel federal government employs to suffer through them as well.

Today, President Biden signed an Executive Order to advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) in the Federal workforce. This Executive Order reaffirms that the United States is at its strongest when our Nation’s public servants reflect the full diversity of the American people. 

In reality, we can expect systemic anti-White racism using the Marxist template of class struggle: the oppressed proletariat (people of color) vs the oppressing bourgeois (White).

The program intends to redistribute high-level jobs based on equity rather than quality.

Too many underserved communities remain under-represented in the Federal workforce, especially in positions of leadership. This Executive Order establishes an ambitious, whole-of-government initiative that will take a systematic approach to embedding DEIA in Federal hiring and employment practices.
