Marshall Stewart IV, 38, was taken into custody and faces charges of Second Degree Murder and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.

Topeka police on Friday were investigating a gunshot homicide committed late Thursday in the 1200 block of N.W. Polk. No arrests had been made.
Fatally shot was Bradley Bellinder, 51, of Topeka, said police Lt. Shane Hilton.
Officers were called shortly after 10 p.m. Thursday to the scene, where the victim was pronounced deceased, said police Lt. Jerry Monasmith.
