9-year-old girl shot while waiting to see Easter bunny

DailyKenn.com — A 9-year-old girl was shot three times by a shoe store owner who was reportedly chasing shoplifters. 

The girl survived. The shop owner was arrested. 

The incident occurred in Victorville, Calif.
