DailyKenn.com — 21-year-old Devin Bills was fatally shot at a mobile home park in Wichita, KS.
Arrested was 19-year-old Laquavion Bentley.
Reports say Bills was shot twice after a "fight broke out" as if fights are spontaneous events without provocation. We suspect Bills resisted an attack, armed robbery, or both.
