Elderly Good Samaritan shot dead in Texas
DailyKenn.com — Diana Lynn Pier, 70, was fatally shot in Williamson County, TX.
Arrested was Joshua Gilbreath, 26.
It appears the elderly woman stopped to help Gibreath after seeing his vehicle on the side of a road with its flashers on.
“Joshua stated he pulled his vehicle over on a side road and a vehicle pulled over behind his vehicle. The woman got out of her vehicle, and he shot her when she approached him,” an affidavit stated.
