DailyKenn.com — 17-year-old Skyler Fox and 18-year-old Brandon Bacote-Byer were fatally shot in Pottstown, PA. 

Arrested were Deonte Kelly, 23, and Dominic Carboni, 17.

Reports say the victims were meeting the assailants to purchase marijuana.
