DailyKenn.com — 47-year-old Anthony Vitelli was fatally shot in Norristown, PA near Philadelphia.

Damien Wilson, 18, is charged with first-degree murder.

Police released surveillance video that shows a shooter running through the parking lot of the Jefferson Court Apartments in broad daylight.

They say that Vitelli was not the intended target.

The victim leaves behind a wife, an 8-year-old daughter and a 27-year-old son.
