Bol Deng, 23, is charged with murder.
Hart was one of three shot at a home. Robbery was the apparent motive. The other two victims survived.
According to wikipedia.com, Deng is a common first or last name used among the tribes of South Sudan, shared by the Dinkas, Nuers and Shilluks.
Deng's citizenship status was not reported.
