DailyKenn.com — Brackenridge Police Chief Justin McIntire was fatally shot during a shoot out in Allegheny County, PA.
Arrested was Aaron Lamont Swan, Jr, 28.
Injured was Officer Jordan Schrecengost of the Tarentum Police Department.
Swan was charged with murder in 2015 but was freed after cooperating with the prosecutors.
