DailyKenn.com — Robert Pulliam Jr., 62, was fatally shot in South Bend, Indiana. 

Arrested was 33-year-old Derrick Pratcher.

Reports say Pulliam was shot in the head while working as a parking garage security guard. 

"Pratcher is charged with murder, unlawful carrying of a handgun, unlawful carrying of a handgun as a felon, and firearm enhancement. If found guilty of that firearm enhancement, he could be sentenced to an additional five to 20 years," according to wndu.com.
