DailyKenn.com — 57-year-old Romulo Luzuriaga died in a Newark, New Jersey hospital after being found shot in his car.
Arrested were Deontee Jones, 24, and Earl Betterson, 33.
The motive appears to have been robbery.
Police say Betterson was also linked to robberies in the city and was charged with five additional counts of robbery and three weapons offenses, according to nj.com.
Luzuriaga appears to be white Hispanic.
