DailyKenn.com — 32-year-old Brandon Tyler Welsh was fatally shot in a Sidney, Ohio parking lot.
Lashawn Dean Hughes, 48, was charged with one count of murder.
Hughes reportedly fled the scene in his semi-truck and was located in the Village of Anna.
Both men were semi-truck operators.
