DailyKenn.com — 17-year-old Hailey Stephens was fatally shot at an apparent house party in Casa Grande, Arizona.
Jesiah Street, 18, was one of three teens arrested. The other two were minors, ages 16 and 17.
Another 17-year-old girl was shot, but survived.
Reports say Stephens was struck by a stray bullet that was fired when other partygoers argued.
