DailyKenn.com — Teri Bigoski Mares, 64, was fatally shot in Anderson, CA near Redding.
Arrested was Crystal Ann Odom, 30.
Reports say Odom was related to Mares. The two once resided at the same home.
The suspect told police she killed Mares and assaulted another person.
