41-year-old transient woman Evelynn L. Kuuleilehaunani was arrested for felony murder in connection to the death.
Reports say Kuuleilehaunani shot into a tent at a homeless encampment causing Butler's death.
The two had apparently been in a romantic relationship. Witnesses say they were heard arguing in Butler's tent prior to the shooting.
