DailyKenn.com — Deana Cathlene Doely, 29, was fatally shot at an apartment complex she managed in Brooklyn Park, MN.
James Allen Nedeau II, 29, was arrested.
Reports say the shooter had been in an argument with his visiting father before appearing in the building’s office where he opened fire.
Doely reportedly dialed 911 before being shot; the gunfire can be heard on the recorded call.
Moments later Nedeau went to the fifth floor where his apartment is located and fired into the door of an elderly neighbor's home. She wasn’t injured.
A report ktsp.com suggests Nedeau suffered from low impulse control:
In an interview with police, Nedeau said he “just lost it” after getting into a fight with his father, saying his dad hit him and he hit his father back. The complaint states that Nedeau heard Doely in the office say she was going to call police because of their actions and he “lost it” and shot her.
