DailyKenn.com — Ukrainian-born Rep. Victoria Spartz, R-Ind., proposed an amendment that would have struck economic and budgetary support for Ukraine. The amendment also would have prevented White House occupant Joe Biden from drawing down billions of dollars worth of additional U.S. weapons stocks to send to Kyiv. The amendment, intended to alter a $95.3 billion supplemental spending measure, was defeated on a 105-319 vote. Republicans broke almost evenly for and against the amendment.
