DailyKenn.com — Twenty illegal "migrants" are set to be shipped out of Britain, due ostensibly to their bad behavior.

The action is ostensibly intended to send a message to other aliens that unseemly conduct will not be tolerated.

However, official records say 365,262 refugees called Britain home in 2023. That number is likely about 400,000 with new arrivals [source].

Let's put that in perspective.

One of about 20,000 aliens are being booted out of the country. In other words, a "refugee" has a one-in-20,000 chance of being deported.

Even if the British government continued to apprehend migrants earmarked for deportation, the chances of being flown home via Alien Airlines is negligible.

In my humble opinion, the "coordinated operation spanning the UK" is little more than a pacifying publicity stunt.

"38,761 people were granted refugee status or other protection following an asylum application in the year ending September 2023 - the highest number granted in a year since 2002. There were: 36,003 people granted refugee permission. 130 people granted temporary refugee permission," according to gov.uk.

The Home Office is gearing up for additional raids to apprehend migrants earmarked for deportation to Rwanda following a string of early morning arrests this week.

In a coordinated operation spanning the UK, immigration authorities detained up to 20 undocumented migrants, including women.

While the Government department has been tight-lipped about specific details regarding the arrests, it has hinted at the possibility of further raids as part of a 'large-scale operation'.

Plans are in motion to commence flights to Rwanda within the next 9 to 11 weeks, following the recent enactment of the Safety of Rwanda Act after facing hurdles in Parliament.

James Cleverly has applauded the launch of the operation as 'an innovative response to the global issue of illegal migration'.

Meanwhile, amidst the controversy, the FDA union has initiated a judicial review of the Rwanda bill, accusing the government of recklessness and cowardice for disregarding legal concerns affecting civil servants.

The Home Secretary emphasized, 'Our Rwanda Partnership represents a groundbreaking response to the global challenge of illegal migration, and we have worked tirelessly to enact robust legislation to support it.'

'We are rapidly detaining those without legal rights to be here, to facilitate the timely execution of flights.'

'This undertaking is complex, but we are fully committed to operationalizing this policy to deter human smuggling gangs and halt unlawful migration.'

The FDA union announced the launch of a judicial review of the Safety of Rwanda Act, underscoring its commitment to safeguarding its members and upholding the integrity of the Civil Service Code.

Dave Penman, the general secretary, stressed the gravity of the situation, stating, 'This decision was not made lightly. The government had ample opportunity to address concerns regarding compliance with international law in the Act, yet it chose not to.'

'Civil servants should never be put in a position where they must choose between ministerial directives and adherence to the Civil Service Code. Unfortunately, that is precisely the scenario the government has created.'

'This is not an oversight or a drafting error; it is a deliberate political choice made by the government to avoid discord within its own ranks.'

'This behavior is irresponsible and has provided ammunition to those seeking to undermine the impartiality and integrity of the civil service, who now accuse civil servants of engaging in politics.'
